What forms of payment does Gabbysway accept?

    ​DEPOSITS

Due to the crazy amount of no call no shows/ last minute canceling and cards on file being inactive gabbysway is forced to enforce deposits for every service booked. the deposit does goes to the service balance and all polices stated still apply

deposits are non refundable( no exceptions - whether you reschedule , cancel ect. the deposits do go to your service balance so when you arrive you will be paying the remaining balance.

No Call No Show Policy: 

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the remaining balance of service price no call no shows will be banned / BLOCKED from booking with Gabbysway you will have to pay the Full remaining. once you have reached out expressing why you no showed and your interested in booking in the future you will then unbanned and unblocked and able to book again.

-LastMinute Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours not 24….. 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged $50 due to the late cancellation.

Late policy :

time is money and money is time every minute that you are late you will be charged $1 for every minute If you are running more than 10 minutes late appointment will be canceled / rescheduled …..example 10:30 am you arrive at 10:40 passed 10:40 your appointment will have to be rescheduled/ canceled & you will be charge a $10 late fee


Additional Guests/Children Policy: 

Due to space limitations, please refrain from bringing guests or individuals who do not have a scheduled appointment, no extra bags or food in shop.

water is fine, if you are traveling and traveled with someone please just let me know I understand traveling alone is not fun.

Can I book multiple appointments in advance



A: you are able to book 3 months in advance
Appointments only through website no dm’s or text appointments

 
What time should I arrive to my appointment ?


Do not arrive early to your appointment, arrive the time that is scheduled, especially due to covid-19…. Sometimes appointments may go over time or I may finish early if so you will be informed.

arrival: DO NOT ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED if so just wait in lobby you will be buzzed in to also wait in the lobby by my suite.


How To reschedule / cancel Appointments?


Reschedule your appointment the same way you cancel through your CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO YOU WHEN YOU BOOKED

Gabbysway does not charge by the length/ density of your hair pricing is the same for everyone, majority of treatments and hair needs are included in the package the only add on service is head spa menu

First time booking with gabbysway What should I book?


New clients are required to book the new client services as curl defining service its a must that you book those packages. Gabbysway focuses only on natural growth and curl journeys. To reach your goal your first appointment must include a trim it is crucial to starting your curl journey with gabbysway

. (**Trims on Curly hair are sometimes done in it's blow dried state sometimes because our hair can be so damaged and neglected we can’t see what’s really damaged and the texture plays a part as well so have it done by a professional who knows how to safely use heat without heat damaging the hair. This enables the professional to get the ends on an even playing field so they can see all damage clearly and properly trim as well as help kick start your journey.


I only get my hair trimmed while it’s in its natural state because I wear my curls What should I book?

curly cuts are for women who want to be able to wear their natural curls comfortably everyday ,consulting on what  shape fits your everyday life  whether its kinks, coils, loose curl, tight curl , wavy when booking this your  main focus is on YOUR curls reviving them allowing your hair to show you its true potential 
A lot of us prefer our hair curly more than straight which there is nothing wrong with that when coming to get a curly cut / reshape it’s a must that you think about the shape of your hair to fit your everyday life if you are suffering heat damage, or any chemical damage and you aren’t ready to cut all the damage off on day 1 that’s okay baby steps but we can’t take steps backwards and cause the curls to be in distress or even worst some of us just lack extreme moisture & knowledge but we can’t just throw it in protective styles or buns all the time due to what we don’t know & expect it to retain moisture/ length better yet reach your goals TRUST THE PROCESS and UNLEARN to RELEARN


*yes you will have the option to wear straight but it’s recommend to wait until your next trim date to do so & to add some body due to the desire look you are going for in its curly state please understand everyone can’t receive a bomb wash and go on the first visit or silk press due to the memory the hair has it may take plenty of trims and treatments & great products to get your curls back flourishing trust the system and routine given and the only way to have a trained blow out would mean doing it more often if you have heat damage or any damage to curls your and your goal is to see your curls full potential i do not recommended getting hair straightened.
