Respectfully, deposits, training courses, and digital products are non-refundable. Once you proceed to checkout, you agree to the terms of our refund policy. When booking you also understand that results vary based on where you are with you your journey and overall integrity it can take months - years to revel true potential of curls and overall health as well as desired shapes, remember its a journey , most importantly a partnership failure to follow routine and being consistent in and out of salon may affect the results, please give me and your hair the time to reach goals.
