How to Prepare for Your Appointment

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PREPARATION YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE & CHARGED THE  $30 prepping fee NO EXCEPTIONS hair preparation plays a big part in being able to deliver desired cuts & vision i also understand majority of us have not done a wash and go before and that is okay i want you to do the best that you can, it does not have to be perfect. must come prepped every trim day but still majority rules apply. This does not mean you won’t Get a full service spa menu + shampooing and style as well as shaping is still part of service its just important for you to come prepped.this step is very important for me to properly analyze and take the right approach for desired results.

  

DO NOT - arrive with blown out hair ( for example hair that is blow dried like preparing for protective styles or to get straightened , no ponytails, no buns, no twists, old texture sets or any style that will stretch or change your curl pattern 

DO - style curly hair as if you were doing a wash and go  with light product to see your curls in action and where they naturally live and fall  if more advanced with styling curls DAY 1-2 hair is fine ( MUST BE DRY meaning don’t leave the house wit wet hair )

DO NOT - for express or queens pampering DO NOT come with your hair super matted from protective styles OR KNOTS FROM BUN that pushes us back completely ​ unless discussed to add a service to help detangle.

 DO NOT- brush or pick , comb through your hair the day of your service, dont try to stretch curls 

DO NOT - style your hair with products that are excessively sticky or greasy or oily , all oils , butters .​

DO NOTcome with glue , matted or knots please cleanse hair of any kind of build up from protective styling if need be to come properly prepped 

DO NOT  come with wet hair! HAIR MUST BE DRY & DETANGLED  cannot be wet must be dry
