Do I have to subscribe to a booking subscription to join the VIP Membership?
No. VIP Membership is available with or without a booking subscription.
You can join simply to enjoy the perks and book appointments based on your availability.
Is the VIP Membership a long-term commitment?
No long-term commitment is required. VIP Membership is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.
What is the difference between VIP Membership and booking a service?
All clients receive a great experience when they book and show up.
VIP Membership is my way of giving back to the clients who consistently support me through exclusive perks, priority access, and locked-in benefits.
How do members book their appointments?
VIP booking opens on the 15th every two months. Members receive priority access and can book before the general public.
Can I reschedule my appointment as a member?
Yes for a subscription — rescheduling is allowed within the same month of your scheduled service. appointments do not overlap
What happens if I miss a month?
Memberships are designed to be used monthly. If you anticipate missing a month or two, it’s best to cancel and rejoin when you’re ready.
If something comes up, reach out — I’m always happy to help where I can.
What is the late policy for members?
Your membership covers the standard late fee grace period; however, if lateness impacts the next scheduled client, we may need to reschedule.
I always do my best to accommodate, especially with returning clients.
Can I switch between membership plans?
Yes! Just reach out and we’ll adjust your plan based on services already received or any remaining balance.
What do I do when my Queen’s Pampering session comes up?
You have two options:
Book both your Express and Queen’s Pampering sessions that month, or
Apply your $75 Express membership payment toward your Queen’s Pampering session. I’ll adjust everything on my end.
Am I home-based?
Yes, all services are provided in a home-based studio.
Can I be a VIP without booking every month?
Absolutely. VIP Membership is about access, perks, and appreciation — booking frequency is completely up to you.
